My small double room in the annex had low ceilings, making it incredibly uncomfortable for my height. The steep staircase added to my difficulties, especially as I was recovering from a knee injury. Moreover, I found the absence of any mosquito repellents in the room rather inconvenient.

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms were old and less than clean.

Staying here was a real treat with a luxurious room and a fantastic breakfast spread that made each morning special. I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge and soaking up the charming vibe of the place. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the reception area, but it didn’t bother me much. We loved the charming ambiance and the wonderful breakfast spread! The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for strolling through Venice.

However, the surprise cash-only policy for fees and upgrades left us feeling uneasy. It seemed out of place for a four-star hotel.

A fantastic spot for a group getaway! We loved being able to stroll to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The staff helped us book a concert and a local tour, making our trip even better. The breakfast spread was solid, and don't miss the pancake machine. Plenty of comfy space to unwind with friends! Highly recommend.

One downside was that we didn't get bathrobes or slippers in our room. It would have been a nice touch after a long day.

During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the quick walk to nearby landmarks like the stunning Basilica di San Marco and the enchanting Libraria Aqua Alta, making my city strolls absolutely delightful and easy. the staff were incredibly helpful, sharing tips that really enhanced my experience. As a solo traveler, the comfortable and cozy atmosphere added to my enjoyment of the city.

Overall, a charming hotel with great potential but in need of some updates.

Even though the vibe was fun, having to shuffle to a different building for our room isn’t cool, especially when our space was small and noisy. Those heavy key holders really added to the imbalance of our Venetian adventure, and the shower in a tub isn’t the best setup for everyone.
