Warm and welcoming service.
My small double room in the annex had low ceilings, making it incredibly uncomfortable for my height. The steep staircase added to my difficulties, especially as I was recovering from a knee injury. Moreover, I found the absence of any mosquito repellents in the room rather inconvenient.

Staying here was a real treat with a luxurious room and a fantastic breakfast spread that made each morning special. I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge and soaking up the charming vibe of the place. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the reception area, but it didn’t bother me much. Highly recommend giving it a shot! 😊

The elegant decoration throughout the hotel transported me to a classic Venetian dream, with beautiful chandeliers and refined fabrics that added a touch of warmth, making it feel like home away from home.
More accessible seating areas would be nice.

Unexpected cash-only surprises
We loved the charming ambiance and the wonderful breakfast spread! The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for strolling through Venice.
However, the surprise cash-only policy for fees and upgrades left us feeling uneasy. It seemed out of place for a four-star hotel.

A fantastic spot for a group getaway! We loved being able to stroll to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The staff helped us book a concert and a local tour, making our trip even better. The breakfast spread was solid, and don't miss the pancake machine. Plenty of comfy space to unwind with friends! Highly recommend.
One downside was that we didn't get bathrobes or slippers in our room. It would have been a nice touch after a long day.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's Square. I loved exploring the nearby restaurants and little shops. The breakfast had a nice variety, especially the pancakes, which were a treat. Staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to help with recommendations or bookings. However, the room we stayed in felt cramped and the bathroom layout was awkward, making it tricky to move around. There were issues with the air conditioning during the heatwave, leaving the room feeling uncomfortable at times. The shower had no curtain, causing water to spill all over the floor, making it slippery. A few amenities were missing, like bathrobes. Overall, a charming hotel with great potential but in need of some updates.

The room offered a pleasant view and was clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. However, we did encounter issues with inconsistent WiFi and some noisy neighbors that affected our comfort at times. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it could use improvements in quality to enhance the experience.

Nothing beats the fresh cheese bread at breakfast – it’s a real game changer! Plus, the cozy bar area is perfect for relaxing after a day of wandering. The nearby Osteria al Pozzo Roverso serves up some legit Venetian dishes that made my taste buds dance!
Even though the vibe was fun, having to shuffle to a different building for our room isn’t cool, especially when our space was small and noisy. Those heavy key holders really added to the imbalance of our Venetian adventure, and the shower in a tub isn’t the best setup for everyone.

Location is fantastic, just minutes from major sights. The room we stayed in was quite small and noisy. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast options and local walking tours offered by the staff. Friendly employees made our stay better.

The staff helped us book a gondola tour, which was fantastic. The room was spacious for our family, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. My kid loved watching the boats on the canal from our window.
In my children’s opinion, having more kid-friendly breakfast options would be great.
